SUMMER DINNER MENU 2023/24 

 

Whenever possible I use produce and ingredients that are locally sourced, organic or from my own garden. I use local butcher shops for grass-fed, free-range meat and chicken, and I only use vegan stocks.

Please try to give me at least 2 DAYS NOTICE so I can work out your menu with you 

as your first choice may not be available.

If you are more than one person dining, I ask you to please CHOOSE THE SAME DISHES.
